Create an account

  1. Go to pdEnroller opens in a new window
  2. Click Login.
  3. Click the link that says, "New to pdEnroller? Create an account."
  4. Complete the form and click the Create Account button.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link in that email and follow the instructions to set up your account.
  6. If you have moved and don't have access to your old email account, create a new account then contact us to merge your accounts together. This will allow you to have all of your clock hours on a single transcript. Please list all email addresses you may have used.

Set Up Your Account Profile

Once your account is set up and verified, you need to finish setting it up.

  1. Log in to pdEnroller.
  2. Look for your first name in the top right corner of the menu bar, and click on it.
  3. Click on Profile, then complete the form.
  4. The fields date of birth and previous last name are optional, but it is recommended that you complete them. This will allow us to confirm your account if necessary.
  5. Your mailing address is required. Please note that it must exactly match the address on your credit or debit card so payments for registrations and clock hours can be processed.
  6. In the Employment section, you must select your school district or employer. This is critical for district employees because most inservice offerings from the district are restricted to employees. If you do not have the district correctly identified you will not be able to register.
  7. The remaining fields are optional.

Link Account to EDS

If you link your pdEnroller account to EDS, clock hours earned in pdEnroller will automatically transfer to your eCert account.

  1. Log in to pdEnroller.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right corner and pull down to “Profile.”
  3. On the left, under My Account, click on External Logins.
  4. Choose EDS.
  5. The EDS login will open on your screen. Enter your username and password and Login. The accounts are now linked.
  6. When you purchase clock hours they will be entered into your eCert account. This is an overnight process, so please allow 24 hours for your eCert account to update.

Register for a class

  1. Go to the Course Catalog page and find your district.
  2. Select the class from the list. (If the date of the class has passed, click the Calendar view to find it.)
  3. Click the "Register Now!" button.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the registration.
  5. If registration is closed, contact clockhours@esd113.org to be added to the roster.

Pay for clock hours

Claiming Clock Hours

From Emailed Link

  • When a class is completed the organizer will submit proof of your attendance (the sign-in sheet) to the pdNorthwest registrar. Be sure you sign in for every session of the event. We must have proof of attendance to award clock hours.
  • The registrar marks you as attended in pdEnroller.
  • You receive an email with a link to complete a course evaluation.
  • Once you complete the course evaluation you receive another email with a link to pay for the clock hours.

From Your Account

If you don't have the email link to claim clock hours, you can log in to your account on pdEnroller to claim the hours.

  1. Log in to pdEnroller.
  2. Look for your name in the menu bar. Click on your name, and pull down to "Clock Hours."
  3. This will open the "My Credits and Clock Hours" window.
  4. The “In Your Queue” section lists classes you have completed that have outstanding hours.
  5. The Next Actions section has icons to indicate steps that have been completed. Circles with a check mark indicate that a step has been completed. Green circles with a > symbol are actions that need to be completed.
  6. Only clock hours that have been claimed will appear on your transcript.

Fees

Clock Hour Fee

$3 per clock hour + $5 processing fee per participant. Example: The fee for 3 clock hours is $14. ($9 clock hour fee plus a $5 processing fee.)

Late Fees

All clock hours need to be purchased within 90 days of the completion of the session to avoid late fees which are an additional 20% fee to be added to the clock hour fee. Clock hours may not be purchased more than 5 years after the completion of a class.

Example: The fee for 3 clock hours with late fee would be:

Print proof of clock hours

Once you have completed an evaluation and paid for clock hours, you can print an official "proof of clock hours" form.

  1. Log in to pdEnroller.
  2. Under your name, pull down to Clock Hours.
  3. Click on the title of the event.
  4. The proof of clock hours form will open on your screen.
  5. Click on the "Download Inservice Registration Form" to generate an official registration form.
  6. Print this form,  sign and date it, and submit it to your district office.
  7. To print a receipt for the clock hours, click on the "View receipt" tab.

Please note: It is the individual’s responsibility to maintain accurate records for compliance with certification regulations.

Print your transcript

You may print your own official transcript from pdEnroller.

  1. Log in to pdEnroller.
  2. Look for your name in the menu bar. Click on your name and pull down to "Clock Hours."
  3. This will open the "My Credits and Clock Hours" window.
  4. Scroll down to the Transcripts section of the window and click the "Download Transcripts" button.
  5. The system will generate your official transcript as a pdf and download it to your computer.

Please note: It is the individual’s responsibility to maintain accurate records for compliance with certification regulations.

If your transcript is missing classes, you may have multiple accounts on pdEnroller that need to be merged. Contact the Clock Hour Specialist at clockhours@esd113.org to have your accounts merged.
