Sign in sheets for pre-registered participants

Instructors and organizers can print a sign-in sheet from pdEnroller.

  1. Log in to pdEnroller opens in a new window
  2. Find your name in the menu, and pull down to “My Presentations.”
  3. Under “Upcoming Presentations” click on the title of the class. This will take you to the Manage Events screen.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the window to find “Sign-in Sheets.” Download the sheet “With Names.”

Sign in sheets for classes using a claim code

  1. Log in to pdEnroller opens in a new window
  2. Find your name in the menu, and pull down to “My Presentations.”
  3. Under “Upcoming Presentations” click on the title of the class. This will take you to the Manage Events screen.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the window to find “Sign-in Sheets.” Download the “Blank Sheet.”
  5. The claim code for the event will be at the top of the sheet. Provide this to the participants so they can register and claim their hours.

Multi-date events

  • For events longer than 2 days, track each person’s attendance on a spreadsheet.
  • We will email the instructor a spreadsheet before the first date of the class.

Virtual (Zoom) Events
