Sign in sheets for pre-registered participants
Instructors and organizers can print a sign-in sheet from pdEnroller.
- Log in to pdEnroller
- Find your name in the menu, and pull down to “My Presentations.”
- Under “Upcoming Presentations” click on the title of the class. This will take you to the Manage Events screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the window to find “Sign-in Sheets.” Download the sheet “With Names.”
Sign in sheets for classes using a claim code
- Log in to pdEnroller
- Find your name in the menu, and pull down to “My Presentations.”
- Under “Upcoming Presentations” click on the title of the class. This will take you to the Manage Events screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the window to find “Sign-in Sheets.” Download the “Blank Sheet.”
- The claim code for the event will be at the top of the sheet. Provide this to the participants so they can register and claim their hours.
Multi-date events
- For events longer than 2 days, track each person’s attendance on a spreadsheet.
- We will email the instructor a spreadsheet before the first date of the class.
Virtual (Zoom) Events
- Event organizers are responsible for verifying attendance.
- Complete an attestation form and send it in with an attendance sheet. This will replace the requirement for a physical signature.
