Attendee Page

The presenter or event organizer can add files for participants to download and links for participants to follow. These downloads and links appear on the attendee page.

  1. Under your name in the upper right-hand corner, pull down to My Presentations.
  2. In the list, you will see events where you are presenting or organizing. Click on the title of the event.
  3. On the right-hand side of the page, you will see the information that is presented to attendees.
  4. To upload files, click the Add link to the right of “Attendee Files”. Either click Add File or drag and drop files to be uploaded. The allowable file types are listed in the instructions.
  5. To add a web link, paste in the address, and give the link a title. You may also enter a description for the link. The sort order allows you to choose the order the links are presented. The visibility allows you to determine whether this link can be viewed by anyone looking at the class description, or if it is only available to event attendees.
  6. Click Save.
